The neighbourhood

Where three neighbourhoods meet

The Embassy Court stands on the corner of Mordechai Caspi and Hanoch Albeck, at the meeting point of the German Colony, Baka and Arnona, three of the oldest and most sought-after quarters in Jerusalem.

The planned United States Embassy compound sits alongside, roughly 31 dunams between Hebron Road and Albeck Street, with a ten-storey main building and a four-storey staff residence. It is expected to draw diplomatic, public and commercial activity into the neighbourhood for decades.

Everything else is close enough to walk to: the Khan Theatre, the Jerusalem Cinematheque, the Sherover Promenade, Emek Refaim, the First Station, Liberty Bell Park, Mishkenot Sha'ananim, the Sultan's Pool, Mamilla and, beyond them, the Old City and the Western Wall.
