The team

Who is behind it

One developer from the first drawing to the day after occupancy, working with a Jerusalem architect and a studio that builds interiors around how people actually live.

  • Bina Group

    Developer

Bina Group brings together several development companies building across Israel, and has worked for more than two decades on residential, commercial, public and industrial projects.

The group develops and builds residential quarters in Jerusalem, the Shomron and central Israel, acquiring land in areas of demand from the Israel Land Authority and from private and commercial owners.

In every project the group stays with its buyers throughout, taking responsibility well beyond what the law requires. It also commits time and money to community volunteering, and holds to strict environmental, emissions and green building standards.

  • J. Molho Architects

    1978

    Architecture

Led by the architect Jacob Molho, the practice has been working since 1978 across a wide range of architectural fields, from private houses through apartment buildings to residential quarters of several hundred homes.

In public buildings the office has designed schools, community centres, day nurseries, hotels, shopping centres and academic institutions, alongside large office, industrial and storage projects. Its involvement runs from the first planning principles through public realm and landscape to interior design.

As a long-established Jerusalem practice, the office attaches particular weight to conservation and to building in stone. It believes in clean architecture without ornament, and in holding the client's interest in view while balancing what works with what is beautiful.

  • Lir Stotzky Studio

    2018

    Interior architecture

Founded in 2018, this boutique studio specialises in interior design for luxury residential, public and workplace spaces, leading complex projects for private clients and companies.

Its approach combines architectural precision with a restrained aesthetic, producing spaces that work as well as they read and designs that are meant to outlast a fashion.

Lir Elrom Stotzky holds a bachelor's degree from Maastricht University, a master's from Reichman University, and studied interior design with honours at Shenkar. Training at Baranowitz Kronenberg gave her a holistic view of space and an international eye for materials, textures and detail.

  • Ashtrom

    Executing contractor

Ashtrom is one of the largest construction and infrastructure groups in Israel, and is carrying out the construction of The Embassy Court.
