Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why it is collected, how it is kept and what rights you have over it.
What we collect. If you complete the contact form we receive the name, phone number, email address and any message you choose to send. We do not collect any of this unless you submit the form yourself.
Why we collect it. Solely in order to send you the project brochure and to answer your enquiry about The Embassy Court. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to third parties for their own marketing.
How the form works. Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, an external service that forwards the message to our inbox by email. The message passes through their servers in transit.
How long we keep it. Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and are then deleted.
Cookies and analytics. This site stores your language choice and your accessibility preferences in your own browser. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Your rights. Under Israeli privacy law you may ask to see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will act on your request.
Changes. If this policy changes we will publish the updated version on this page.
